    Anything up to 12 US should match pretty well.People with 13 US - 14 US size will usually prefer to use the foot massager without the removable feet covers, which will allow more space for a bigger foot. 

    Is this product universal voltage (100-220v)?

    This Shiatsu Foot Massager fits the American standard voltage of 110V.If you need 220V, please contact us.

    How many levels of intensities are available?

    You can choose from 3 different levels of intensities. Whether you just want an easy relaxing leg massage, or a deep tissue shiatsu kneading massage - you can easily adjust the intensity of the message and choose between 3 different pressure levels!

    How many modes does this foot massager have?

    The massager has 2 kneading modes, and one extra mode for air compression only.

    How fast does the heat function kick in?

    For safety reasons, the heat is produced from light heat bulbs. It might take a few minutes to feel the heat if its the first session. For significant amount of heat, it's recommended to run at least 2 full sessions.
