Too soft/strong for your feet?

Our foot massager has six levels of intensity. We recommend starting with the lowest one (H 00) and building up to your desired level of intensity.

Massager not work?

Our massager is a corded electric appliance, so it must be plugged in at all times to function. Make sure the cords are connected properly. Double-check by unplugging and reconnecting cords, and also with/without the remote control. After plugging the unit in, push the power button to get started. Check the CR 2025 button cell from the remote control. If it’s still not working, get in touch with us using our ‘Submit a ticket’ section, or email us at support@invospa.com as soon as possible, and we’ll address your issue right away.

Weird noise?

Anything more than a light hum when in use means there’s something wrong with your massager. Contact us via our ‘Submit a ticket’ section or email us at support@invospa.com as soon as possible, and we’ll solve your problem right away.

Too hot/not hot enough?

When the heat is on, it should feel warm to the touch (slightly warmer than body temperature). Anything outside this range (cold or too hot to touch) means there’s something wrong with your massager. Contact us via our ‘Submit a ticket’ section or email us at support@invospa.com as soon as possible, and we’ll solve your problem right away.

No worries, we have a 30-day return-for-refund policy and a one-year return-for-replacement policy.
